I called Aladdin Bail Bonds (big mistake) and they were incredibly unhelpful when I was asking about my boyfriend's release date and a random bail amount that I later found out from Jeff (GOD BLESS YOU AND THANK YOU AGAIN!) at Greg Padilla Bail Bonds was a clerical error and Jeff verified with the jail that my boyfriend would definitely be released on his release date. Sunny and his supervisor wanted me to pay the bail today "to ensure his release" and would not have refunded me if it was a mistake. Unbelievable! Always call a few places so you don't get scammed like Aladdin Bail Bonds tried to do to me! Hopefully I will never need a bail bondsman again but if anyone asks me for one I will definitely be sending them to Jeff at Greg Padilla Bail Bonds!!

I actually didn't use Greg Padilla Bail Bonds. But I know they are great people! Especially, Brandon who actually helped me understand the bail process and help me bail someone out myself.

This review is to thank Nathan Rizo more then anything for helping me out navigate the bail process last month.I contacted Padilla bail bonds on a Friday night for a family member who was in need of these services. Luckily it was Nathan who answered that call and was AMAZING! I had so many questions and he was so patient and professional with me he gave me the peace of mind that everything was going to be ok and they where there to help. Padilla Bail bonds is the place to call if you need their service they are right across from the jail. I can’t thank Nathan enough for all of his years of knowledge that helped me out. When we decided it was time to make the move and post the bail, he was on it! Within 30 min the person was released! They don’t mess around and handle their business in a very professional matter but timely manner. The next day when we met again at his office he went above and beyond to answer all of the questions we had for him. He did not make us feel rushed but he gave us the peace of mind that stuff happens in life and this wasn’t anything we couldn’t overcome. It takes someone truly special that loves what they do, helping people out when life happens. I appreciate his help and highly recumbent this company to anyone who finds themselves needing the service. Don’t hesitate and call them, you will be blessed if Nathan is who helps you. I just got off the phone with Jeff and the kind hearted customer service experience I had just made me want to leave a review. I was emotional while calling and the minute I got on the phone with him I had complete reassurance, I’ve used this bail bonds service previously back in November of last year and as it wasn’t Jeff at that time there was another kind representative that was helping me and processed the bail bond for me beyond fast. Weren't able to help me locate a locker in the area for my belongings before entering the jail and they can't help put money on an inmates books. Not throwing shade just figured I'd comment for information's sake.

Very nice people very glad to do business with them will recommend them to family and friends even gave me a discount because I retained a lawyer you can't beat that very friendly staff will continue to do business with them if I ever need them again in the future
